Please read these rules carefully before entering. This promotion awards four helmets to four verified winners and ends September 10, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time. By participating, you agree to these terms in full.
📌 1. Eligibility
Giveaways are open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Desert Valley Powersports, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
🎫 2. Entry Methods
To enter, visit the official giveaway page at dvpgear.com and complete the entry form during the promotional period. Limit one (1) base entry per person.
Bonus entries may be earned as follows:
- Provide an optional phone number with your entry: two (2) bonus entries, one time.
- Follow DVP Gear on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok and claim each action on the entry form: one (1) bonus entry per listed platform.
- The referring entrant earns five (5) bonus entries for every eligible friend who completes an entry using that entrant’s unique referral code. There is no cap on referral bonus entries.
All bonus entries are subject to verification.
💰 3. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
📅 4. Promotional Period
The promotional period begins July 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time and ends September 10, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time. Entries submitted before or after the promotional period will not be accepted.
🎲 5. Winner Selection
Four (4) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. Potential winners will be placed in drawing order. After verification, each winner may select one (1) helmet from the prizes remaining at the time of selection. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification or is found ineligible, an alternate potential winner may be selected.
🏆 6. Prize Details
Four (4) helmets will be awarded, one (1) helmet to each verified winner:

- FLY Racing Sentinel Full-Face Helmet, Matte Black / Fire Chrome Shield — ARV $239.99
- FLY Racing Sentinel Full-Face Helmet, Matte Black / Blue Chrome Shield — ARV $239.99
- FLY Racing Formula CP Seal Helmet, Matte Stone / Khaki / Olive — ARV $249.99
Combined approximate retail value: $1,029.96 across four separate helmet prizes. Each winner receives one helmet. Winners choose from the remaining helmets in drawing order. No cash equivalent or substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of Desert Valley Powersports. Prizes are non-transferable.
Desert Valley Powersports will cover standard shipping costs to a valid delivery address within the United States.
⚖️ 7. General Conditions
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Desert Valley Powersports, which are final and binding.
- Desert Valley Powersports reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
- Desert Valley Powersports is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
- Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.
- This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
